In our last issue we introduced you to the first two letters of the
RAMPER formula for Tantric Orgasm Mastery. R for relaxation,
and A for awareness. The article continues...

Chapter 2 explains:
"RAMPER requires you to tune in to your senses and sensations.
So what do you do with this sharpened awareness? The M in
RAMPER means to monitor and measure your level of arousal. If
you know where your excitement level is, then you can play with
it while stretching out your enjoyment and your partners'. The
forces that turn us on aren't always obvious, and change from
time to time. M is all about learning to read yourself so you know
where you're at precisely. As you practice, you'll learn to measure
your level of arousal as it climbs towards the point of no return.
"P stands for Pacing yourself. It also stands for Pleasure. If your
focus is on pleasure not orgasm, then you won't be rushing
headlong towards a destination. You won't be in a race towards
the finish line. You won't have a schedule to meet. You'll just slow
down and enjoy. That's a big part of pacing."
The key to pacing is peaking. Peaking means adjusting the
stimuli that give you sudden surges of arousal so you come back
down without going over the top. If you graphed peaking, it
would look like a steep ascent and then a steep descent. Which
is where it got its name.
Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery is all about learning to ride the
edge of the cliff, that fine line between absorbing all the pleasure
you can take, and taking too much all at once and cuming.
The E of RAMPER stands for energy and circulating it away from
your genitals. Chapter 2 continues:

IT'S ALL ABOUT RIDING THE WAVE

The last R of RAMPER is about Riding the wave of ecstasy. As
Chapter 2 explains:
"That's why the acronym RAMPER is so apt, describing how your
pleasure ramps up. Most of us who cum quick never experience
these escalating plateaus. We never develop our capacity to
absorb more and more pleasure. When you do, it feels like
ecstatic waves surging inside."
Once you've experienced a non-stop whole-body inner orgasm,
you can understand how the typical male's fascination with
squirting a big load pales by comparison. This is why we call
Tantric lovemaking sexual meditation.
I hope this brief overview of the Tantric approach to orgasm
mastery helps. Unfortunately, in my experience, just reading
about RAMPER won't change your life forever. Tantra requires
practice to change your habits and energy patterns. That's why
Chapters 3 through 7 of Ultimate Ejaculation Mastery are
primarily made up of exercises that you do in the privacy of your
own bed. There's no room to include them all here, but a sample
follows.
Chapters 3 and 4 are about solo practices you can do to learn
about your own energy, arousal, and sexual patterns. The second
half of the ebook, beginning with Chapter 5 relies on a partner
to develop orgasm mastery. After all, it takes two to Tantra,
right? I've included one of the exercises from Chapter 5 where
you begin applying these joint skills. This exercise is based on a
fundamental Tantric practice, sexual breathing. This is slow
rhythmic deep belly breathing accompanied by the sounds and
movement you experience during orgasm. Learn this and you'll
understand why the breath is such a dominant force in running
sexual energy.
